The Basketball Season is HERE!
Finally! It is time for players to take all the skills they have gained during the off-season and translate them into the game! Our programs in the winter are meant to assist players in having a great season no matter the age level! We have a proven record of getting results because we offer quality. Winter FIRST STEP
K-3RD GRADE BOYS & GIRLS
First Step is a program designed to help young basketball players learn the fundamentals of basketball. The fundamentals of basketball are what anchors every player's skill set.
We will be laying a foundation for each player by teaching them the essentials of basketball: ball handling, footwork, shooting, and passing. Learning these essentials from experienced trainers that know how to break down the game of basketball, will help make the game easier for younger players!
WINTER OVERTIME
3RD-8TH BOYS & GIRLS
Winter Overtime is a two-part program, Part I spans over November and December and Part II spans over January and February. Each Part consist of 5 Friday night sessions and 5 Sunday sessions. Players are split into groups based on grade and skill level.
Friday night training sessions are dedicated to ball handling and scoring while Sunday nights are all about shooting! The program is a great way for players to keep their individual skills sharp during the winter season. Be sure to check your schedule, we do not offer any make up sessions in the Winter training program.
WINTER RAPIDFIRE
HIGH SCHOOL BOYS & GIRLS
Rapid Fire is a two-part program, Part I spans over November and December and Part II spans over January and February. Each Part consist of 5 Sunday night sessions. Players are split into groups based on grade and skill level.
Starting in November, the Academy program for our high school players changes from the basketball development curriculum held in Spring and Fall. The Winter Rapid Fire program accommodates high school practice and games. It is a great way to maintain and supplement skill sets.
All sessions are held on Sunday nights. Each 90-minute session will start with a ball handling warm up and then players will get up 150-200 shots! The program is an awesome way for players to maintain their individual skills during the season. Be sure to check your schedule, we do not offer any make up sessions in the Winter training program.
